Community pool light leak detection in Lehigh Acres

We do leak detection on community pools too. This Lehigh Acres community pool was leaking at two light conduit lines, and we resealed both on the same visit.

Equipment first

The equipment was running when we arrived, and we found no issues at the pad.

Two leaking lights

The dye test found two light conduit lines leaking. The conduit is the pipe that carries the light cord out of the niche. The epoxy put in when the lights were installed had failed.

Resealing

We removed the old epoxy, repacked both conduits with fresh epoxy and dye tested them again. Neither was leaking afterward.

The rest of the pool

We found no other leaks, and the pool is in good shape overall.
